Experience Strategy and Product Design Leadership

I’ve led experience strategy and design in senior UX leadership roles, including Managing Director, UX Strategy and Design, where I built and scaled Fortune 500 Service Design teams from five to sixty people. My focus is connecting user, business, and design strategy to help B2B and B2C brands solve complex challenges through insight-driven, adaptable design approaches. I’ve delivered impactful results for companies such as Apple, Microsoft, HP, Cisco, Merck, Kia, and Qualcomm across ecosystems including Adobe, Salesforce, and ServiceNow.

My sweet spot? Accelerating strategy and design. Helping business, design and technical teams quickly create a shared product vision through collaborative design-thinking sessions, unlocking user insights and rapid MVP prototyping.
